Licari Painting, established in 1991, is a full service residential and commercial painting company providing interior and exterior painting services, as well as staining, remodeling and renovations.
Licari Painting has committed to constantly improve, and above all else, exceed customer expectations. In line with this philosophy, Licari Painting joined the Painting Contractors of America early in the company’s development. The PCA is a national trade association which offers education and support to contractors. Throughout his time in the organization, Paul served many years as the President of the Syracuse Chapter, an executive on the State Council Board, as well as chairman of many committees. He contributed countless articles to the State Council newsletter, the Residential Forum of the PCA and a nationally published magazine representing Painting Contractors across America. Paul has received the Contractor of the Year Award from the PCA in recognition of his dedication to the industry while upholding the highest standards and abiding by the Code of Ethics prescribed by the PCA.
